Imene is a physicist by trade and a stay home mother who likes to bake. She became passionate about baking, creating her own recipes and selling treats at the age of 14 years old.

Imene has international experience in baking, she learned baking from Mediterranean chefs, and old school baking gurus, and she spent 10 years working for her family bakery in Algeria.

Today Imene is the founder of 'Imene's Homey Bites' Mediterranean bakery, and she is the author of “Mediterranean Breads” eBook. Her mission is to help bakery lovers upgrade the baking into healthy baking.
